Create ONE new 3:4 vertical PICTURE-BOOK STORY ILLUSTRATION using the supplied character master ONLY as identity and clothing reference. Do not repeat the blank-background pose. A-Qing is the same adult weather tailor with indigo wavy hair and upright curl, coral round glasses, cream shirt and overalls, coral scarf, butter-yellow boots, large sky-blue U-bottom torso pocket with coral stitches and zipper. Visible event: on a sunny rooftop, he has opened his sky pocket and released a tiny white cloud to water ONE dry potted sunflower. He stands at left on the roof, feet grounded. His right hand holds the coral zipper pull at his chest, left hand rests down at side. The cloud has risen from the now-open pocket to hover directly above the terracotta pot at lower right; a short clear stream of blue raindrops falls only from cloud into the pot, one sunflower stem and leaves receive drops, a little water splash at soil. His gaze follows the cloud toward plant, calm delighted expression. Clear chain open pocket -> escaping cloud -> raindrops -> plant, one readable action instant. Wide medium shot with roof parapet and two muted distant building shapes, bright cream-blue sky breathing room at top. Painterly opaque gouache and colored pencil edges on lightly textured paper, sky-blue/coral/cream palette. Keep reference face silhouette, glasses, scarf, large pocket and boots. No second character, extra arms, giant storm, text, numbers, collage panels or watermark.
